Delete your FutbolPad account

In the app

1. Open FutbolPad and tap the gear to open Settings.
2. Under Account, tap Delete account.
3. Tap Delete my account to confirm. If you use Sign in with Apple, Apple asks you to confirm with your Apple ID first.

On the web

Sign in to the account you want to delete, and the same confirmation opens.

What is deleted

• Your account: the email address or the Apple or Google sign-in.
• Your settings: the clubs you follow, your team, theme, language and notification choices.
• Your Remove ads entitlement on FutbolPad, and the record linking the purchase to this account.
• Your devices’ notification addresses, the record of how the account started, and the usage counts tied to it.
• Sign in with Apple is disconnected from FutbolPad.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

What is kept

• A Remove ads purchase stays with your Apple or Google account, which is where you paid. Restore it if you create a new FutbolPad account.
• Service logs that may contain your account’s ID expire on their own within 30 days.

Can’t sign in any more? Email support@futbolpad.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
