Privacy Policy
Last updated 13 October 2026
FutbolPad is published by ThinkAhead Corporation. This policy explains what
the app collects, why, and what it does not collect.
What we collect
- Your account. An email address, or the identifier supplied when
you sign in with Apple or Google. If you use Apple’s Hide My Email,
we receive only the relay address and never your real one.
- Your settings. The clubs you follow, your starred team, theme,
language and similar preferences, so they follow you between devices.
- Purchase state. Whether the Remove Ads purchase applies to your
account, and the store transaction identifier used to verify it.
- How your account started. Whether the account was created on iOS,
Android or the web, the app version at the time, and the language your
device is set to, so we know which platforms to support and can write to
you in your language.
- Aggregate usage counts. How many clubs and leagues an account
follows, used to understand how the app is used.
What we do not collect
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or device identifiers for
advertising. We do not sell personal data. FutbolPad itself does not
build advertising profiles or track you across other apps or websites. The
advertising cookies Google uses on the web are described under
Advertising.
Where it lives
Account data and settings are stored using Google Firebase (authentication,
Firestore and hosting) on our behalf. Payment details are handled entirely by
Apple or Google — we never see your card or account number.
Football data
Match data is licensed from a third-party provider and is requested by our
servers, not by your device. Browsing fixtures does not send your identity to
that provider.
Advertising
Where advertising is shown, it is served by Google (AdMob in the apps,
AdSense on the web) and is subject to Google’s own policies.
On the web, Google and other third-party vendors use cookies to serve ads
based on your previous visits to this site and other websites. Google’s
use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners serve ads based on your
visits to this and other sites. You can turn off personalised advertising in
Google’s Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors’
cookies at aboutads.info/choices. Google explains how it uses this
information in
How Google uses information from sites or apps
that use its services.
In regions
that require consent, you will be asked before any personalised advertising
is shown. If the Remove Ads purchase applies to your account, no advertising
is requested at all — not hidden, not requested.
Abuse protection
To check that requests come from FutbolPad and not from automated
scripts, the app uses Firebase App Check. In the iPhone and Android apps
this relies on the device’s own attestation (Apple App Attest, Google
Play Integrity). In a web browser it uses Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise,
which collects hardware and software information, such as device and
application data, and sends it to Google for analysis. Its use is subject
to Google’s Privacy
Policy and Terms of
Service.
Your choices
You can sign out at any time. You can delete your account and the data
associated with it yourself, at once: Settings → Delete account
in the app, or from the web at
app.futbolpad.com/delete-account, which lists
exactly what is deleted and what is kept. If you can no longer sign in,
contact us at the address below and we will remove it.
Children
FutbolPad is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly
collect personal data from them. See the Eligibility section of the
Terms of Use.
